This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of ComPsych's program focused on measuring clinical outcomes and client experiences.
• Manage the continuous collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across both domestic and international service lines, which include global intake centers and partners.
• Develop and sustain survey platforms, encompassing survey design, routing logic, and ensuring data integrity.
• Identify, collect, and integrate data from various disconnected sources into a cohesive reporting format.
• Define and establish calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience metrics.
• Design and implement scorecards and reporting frameworks for clinical outcomes and client experiences.
• Take ownership of recurring outcomes and experience reports intended for clinical and operations leadership.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights to enhance service delivery, customer impact reports, and strategic research inquiries.
• Merge outcomes and experience data with provider network data to reveal performance gaps and enhance the quality of external networks.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team on special research projects, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Assist leadership in the ongoing improvement of clinical workflows and programs while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and clinical innovation.
• Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement, ideally in a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare setting.
• Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation within applied research contexts.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Familiarity with survey platforms such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey construction, logic/routing, and data export functionalities.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables from data collection to final reporting, including proactive communication regarding timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a workspace free from distractions, disruptions, or noise are essential.
• Must be comfortable appearing on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.
• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while utilizing a computer.
