📋 Description

• Lead clinical coordination activities that require technical expertise, prioritizing quality and continuous enhancement.

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical trial challenges, streamline processes, and guarantee the successful execution of studies.

• Supervise site management and monitoring to maintain data integrity and adherence to study protocols.

• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory norms.

• Monitor and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to address challenges effectively.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset aimed at ensuring trial success and addressing clinical challenges.
