This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead clinical coordination efforts that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and project schedules.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical trial challenges and enhance processes.
• Supervise site management and monitoring to guarantee data integrity and adherence to study protocols.
• Offer guidance and support to clinical personnel and investigators.
• Monitor and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and execute strategies for risk mitigation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring trial success and tackling clinical challenges.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
