Senior Client Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for daily inquiries from clients, consultants, and insurers through phone and email.

• Actively assist with policy renewals and new business in accordance with established SLAs.

• Oversee the daily operations of a designated client portfolio, including invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting, and administrative tasks.

• Draft client reports for renewal and new business requests.

• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty, and data protection standards.

• Keep client records current in the Policy Administration System.

• Serve as a role model within the team, exemplifying exceptional client service, technical expertise, and professionalism.

• Assist the Team Manager with task delegation, mentoring, training, and occasional interviewing responsibilities.

• Manage referrals and escalations, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Recognize and suggest opportunities for enhancing processes, service delivery, and operational practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated customer service experience in financial services or insurance (minimum of 3 years).

• Experience in Group Risk, Healthcare, or Employee Benefits (minimum of 3 years).

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging with clients and insurers at all levels.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership regarding your work.

• Positive and adaptable team player who enjoys supporting others and leading by example.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (essential).

• Industry qualifications such as IF7 or GR1 are advantageous, although not mandatory.

• Completion of relevant employment checks, including verification of recent employment, address, credit history, and a standard criminal record check.
