Senior Claims Analyst, Workers Comp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage, oversee, and proactively identify claims support requirements to enhance claims administration.

• Maintain data integrity and security throughout all claims support processing activities.

• Ensure adherence to specific state regulations through real-time monitoring and administration.

• Leverage C&F AI and automation tools to optimize workflows.

• Work collaboratively within a self-organizing, cross-functional claims team.

• Foster ongoing process enhancement and claims operations for the Commercial Lines sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma along with 6+ years of pertinent work experience.

• A solution-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

• Preferred familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and/or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer); knowledge of Indemnity Data Call is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A resourceful problem solver with a quick grasp of new concepts, methods, and technologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and adaptability to change.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on resolution.

• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

• An interest in AI and machine learning applications in the insurance sector, along with a willingness to experiment.

• Strong analytical capabilities and adeptness in handling large datasets.

• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
