This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main operational business partner to the VP, Partners.
• Convert the global partner strategy into scalable processes, operating rhythms, and metrics across reseller, distributor, and referral channels.
• Develop Procore's partner measurement framework, which includes partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution logic, approved data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Create and implement the deal registration policy, workflow, service level agreements (SLAs), and resolution for channel conflicts.
• Set up the global partner operating cadence, which encompasses pipeline and forecast assessments, partner performance reports, and executive-level business reviews.
• Collaborate with Revenue Planning on partner objectives, quotas, capacity forecasts, and planning cycles.
• Represent business requirements to Systems and IT concerning partner data architecture, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Salesforce specifications.
• Assist with two-tier distribution mechanics, partner hierarchy, account and opportunity data integrity, and operational transitions.
• Evaluate deficiencies in the partner operating model and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.
• Foster internal networks across North America (NAMER), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) to promote global adoption of partner processes.
• Aid in the documentation of partner policies and programs.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred; an MBA or a similar advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 6 years of experience in revenue, sales, or business operations, including direct channel or partner operations experience related to reseller, distributor, and/or referral channels.
• Proven track record in building partner reporting and attribution from an early or undefined stage.
• Familiarity with deal registration design and channel conflict management.
• Experience supporting a global partner organization, with insight into regional reseller and distributor activities.
• Experience in a large-scale technology company is essential.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; knowledge of PRM platforms and partner data models is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous challenges, devise solutions, and create high-quality presentations for executives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to large audiences and use storytelling to align various business segments.
• Capacity to collaborate and cultivate effective relationships across different levels and roles.
• Comfort in navigating undefined spaces with a strong sense of urgency and the flexibility to adapt as partner strategies evolve.
