Senior Change Management, NPI Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of supplier-to-supplier and NPI source changes via the CEM Source Change Process

• Strategize and implement source changes while adhering to relevant GE procedures

• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Delivery, and Source Change leadership to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence

• Minimize lead time for source changes

• Manage the assigned source change portfolio, ensuring accountability for on-time delivery and continuity of supply KPIs

• Work with supplier teams and suppliers to guarantee effective planning and execution of source changes

• Engage in SCM daily management and problem-solving activities

• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing manufacturing and readiness issues during NPI source execution

• Utilize industry-standard project management practices to facilitate actions, communication, and escalations

• Implement FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to aid team problem-solving efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the aerospace sector, including a minimum of 3 years on the shop floor

• Proven track record in project management, encompassing planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination

• Demonstrated capability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are met

• Experience in managing project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level or higher

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on business requirements

• Flexibility to work across local and U.S. time zones as necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues

• Familiarity with and application of FLIGHT DECK principles, Standard Work, and Problem Solving methodologies
