πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Perform evaluations and analyses of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.

β€’ Review construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and assess capital project performance.

β€’ Offer suggestions to enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.

β€’ Lead fieldwork activities including data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation of findings.

β€’ Develop reports and presentations that summarize observations and recommendations.

β€’ Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

β€’ Assist clients throughout the real estate and capital project lifecycle, from acquisition and development to operations and disposition.

β€’ Manage and support project management functions, including schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields, demonstrating expertise in both construction and real estate environments.

β€’ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

β€’ Familiarity with construction phases, including planning, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, project reporting, project closeout, real estate portfolio management, lease administration, and property operations.

β€’ Preferred experience in conducting contract compliance audits, common area maintenance reconciliations, and performance monitoring for both public and private sector clients.

β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce well-organized research, documentation, audit work papers, and client-facing reports.

β€’ Willingness and capability to travel up to 25%.

β€’ Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
