📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the team

• Collaborate with the product management team to analyze and define business requirements

• Create new product features, with a current emphasis on backend development

• Assess the necessary efforts for feature implementation, including cost and capacity evaluations

• Enhance both hard and soft skills alongside the team

• Make informed technical decisions

• Lead code reviews and engage others in the process

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages learning and motivation among team members

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

• Establish and review internal team communication and processes, including regular meetings, planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development for commercial projects

• Profound knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, along with self-discipline and accountability

• Proactive and results-driven approach

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Technical mindset with a keen eye for detail

• Effective communication skills

• Proficient in English, enabling communication with international teams
