Senior C# Developer – Explorers, Identity Resilience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive recovery workflows from start to finish, which include REST and gRPC contracts, server-side orchestration, and target-machine agents.

• Develop PowerShell cmdlets that feature parameter validation and a cohesive object model.

• Create pre-flight validation procedures across REST, server, and agent layers.

• Collaborate with recovery technologies for SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Active Directory.

• Oversee long-running distributed sessions, managing agent deployment, keep-alive procedures, failure recovery, timeouts, and cancellation.

• Take ownership of and maintain the integration test suite.

• Refactor and enhance the existing mature codebase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in C# product development.

• In-depth knowledge of .NET, data structures, and algorithms.

• Proven experience in designing service APIs — such as REST, gRPC, or similar — with external consumers and a focus on backward compatibility.

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading, including cancellation, session lifecycle management, and long-duration operations.

• Expertise in at least one of the following: Windows Server and Active Directory administration or internals; or database recovery mechanisms for SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

• Ability to navigate a large existing codebase, including reading unfamiliar code and performing safe refactoring.

• Proficient in English for daily interactions within an international team.
