Senior C# Developer – Explorers, Identity Resilience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive recovery workflows encompassing REST and gRPC protocols, server-side orchestration, and target-machine agents.

• Develop PowerShell cmdlets featuring parameter validation and a consistent object model.

• Create pre-flight validation processes across REST, server, and agent layers.

• Collaborate with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Active Directory recovery mechanisms.

• Oversee long-running distributed sessions, which include agent deployment, keep-alive management, failure cleanup, timeouts, and cancellations.

• Take ownership of and maintain the integration test suite.

• Refactor and enhance a well-established codebase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial C# product development.

• Profound knowledge of .NET, data structures, and algorithms.

• Proven experience in designing service APIs such as REST or gRPC, accommodating external consumers and backward compatibility requirements.

• Strong skills in asynchronous programming and multithreading, including cancellation, session lifecycle management, and operations that span several hours.

• Expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration or internals, or database recovery processes for SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

• Ability to read and understand unfamiliar code, safely refactoring a large existing codebase.

• Proficiency in English for daily communication within an international team.

• Desirable skills include PowerShell module development, Protobuf, Linux, and hypervisor APIs.
