Senior Business Systems Analyst – Quote-to-Cash, SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to comprehend requirements and new business workflows.

• Analyze and document the current state (AS-IS) and future state (TO-BE) processes.

• Assist in order management, billing, invoice issuance, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transaction processes.

• Identify process gaps, dependencies, business risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on functional requirements and business workflows.

• Lead or assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure alignment of expected outcomes with business teams and aid in identifying and resolving defects during testing.

• Support solution implementation, deployment, and activities related to production stabilization.

• Guarantee documentation and traceability of requirements, process flows, test cases, decisions, and results.

• Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to analyze and resolve issues associated with business processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and digital transactions linked with enterprise financial systems.

• Functional expertise in order management, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions.

• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Experience in creating process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.

• Strong background in end-to-end testing and UAT.

• Capability to develop detailed test cases encompassing positive, negative, exception, and integration scenarios.

• Proficiency in analyzing complex processes and converting business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred: experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives.

• Preferred: background in subscription-based businesses, SaaS, e-commerce, or high-volume transaction environments.

• Preferred: knowledge of integrations between e-commerce platforms, SAP, payment systems, billing platforms, and financial applications.

• Preferred: experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.

• Preferred: familiarity with requirements management, process documentation, test execution, and defect tracking tools.
