Business Systems Analyst Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and nurture a team of Business Systems Analysts.

• Collaborate with business leaders to uncover opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and system upgrades.

• Propel the standardization of business processes and enterprise solutions across various business units.

• Manage strategic system implementation and enhancement initiatives from the planning stage to deployment.

• Aid in the development of project plans, resource needs, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.

• Work alongside stakeholders to convert business requirements into efficient technology solutions.

• Assist in the assessment, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems.

• Set up testing, validation, and governance standards to guarantee solution quality and compliance.

• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in business systems analysis, business process improvement, or enterprise application management.

• Prior leadership experience in managing or mentoring analysts and project teams.

• Strong comprehension of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies.

• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, or operations environments.

• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or Kanban methodologies.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to business systems.
