Senior Business System Analyst – Order Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate IT projects, including transitions to cloud environments.

• Develop functional designs and technical specifications to enhance and expand Order Management applications.

• Provide support for on-premise Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Collaborate with business partners across various functional areas to grasp requirements and devise innovative solutions.

• Direct the processes of development, testing, and implementation.

• Work alongside business and IT partners to fulfill commitments.

• Address issues and challenges to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and spearhead solution delivery.

• Collaborate with teams that are cross-functional and dispersed geographically.

• Manage conflicting priorities and facilitate prioritization discussions based on strategic value.

• Lead ongoing and upcoming Order Management initiatives.

• Partner with Order Management, Sales, and Supply Chain business leaders to promote continuous improvement.

• Oversee and mentor operations teams, including Production Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 10 years of proven experience with Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.

• Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer Master modules.

• Experience in leading and managing complicated IT projects, including cloud migrations.

• 3–5 years of experience in building PaaS applications and extensions utilizing Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology for project delivery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of business and technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and create new technology-driven business process enhancements.

• Experience in managing and mentoring operations teams, including Production Support.

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.

• Knowledge of Lean management and ITIL is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounts Receivable modules is advantageous.

• Familiarity with RPA, Chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Mulesoft, OIC, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI.

• Less than 10% travel required.
