Senior Business System Analyst – ML Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mali.

📋 Description

• Develop AI integrations for Acumatica, focusing on creating a chat interface that embeds AI into the daily tasks of Acumatica users.

• Specialize in intricate API integrations and user interface design for B2B/ERP systems.

• Collaborate with product managers and support teams to assess and define business requirements.

• Research competitor solutions and monitor emerging technologies, products, and ERP functionalities.

• Work alongside software developers, product managers, and analysts to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Assess, analyze, test, and document features for design initiatives.

• Organize information and compile functional design specifications and technical requirements.

• Partner with developers and QA engineers throughout programming, debugging, and testing phases.

• Conduct acceptance testing and document any bugs encountered.

• Address customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Present features and improvements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage their feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers to refine the product backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced technical degree in computer systems, systems and networks; information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics, or informatics.

• Over 10 years of experience in system analysis, software design, and the development of functional specifications.

• More than 10 years of experience in the business software development sector.

• Prior experience in roles such as Software Developer, Programming Analyst, or similar coding-related positions is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with software design principles, engineering processes, and the software product lifecycle.

• Ability to empathize with users, model user behavior, and recognize flaws in existing applications.

• Proficient in systems thinking and managing complexity across various levels.

• Capacity to organize substantial amounts of information, break down objects and processes, synthesize solutions, and conduct impact analysis.

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

• Business analysis experience involving complex products akin to ERP systems is an asset.

• Experience with C# .NET is a plus.

• Familiarity with microservices or cloud services integration is beneficial.

• Proficient English language skills are required.

• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
