Senior Business Manager, ICT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional business strategies for Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation portfolios.

• Collaborate with country and regional leaders to pinpoint growth opportunities, investment priorities, and market development initiatives.

• Convert global portfolio strategies into actionable commercial plans at the regional and country levels.

• Oversee business planning, forecasting, performance evaluations, and market analysis.

• Propel the execution of product launches, customer engagement programs, and therapy development initiatives.

• Work alongside marketing, sales, medical affairs, clinical, market access, finance, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, advocates, and centers of excellence.

• Represent the Americas RLM perspective in global ICT forums and integrate regional business requirements into portfolio strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience OR an advanced degree with more than 8 years of experience in business management, marketing, commercial strategy, or market development within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• More than 5 years of experience in people leadership and/or matrix leadership within a complex, multi-country organization.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve commercial, marketing, finance, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Skilled in strategic planning, forecasting, business performance management, and resource allocation.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

• A valid VISA is mandatory.
