📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional business strategies for Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation portfolios.

• Collaborate with country and regional leaders to pinpoint growth opportunities, investment priorities, and initiatives for market development.

• Convert global portfolio strategies into practical commercial plans at the regional and country levels.

• Oversee business planning, forecasting, performance evaluations, and market analysis.

• Spearhead product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and therapy development programs throughout the region.

• Work in partnership with marketing, sales, medical affairs, clinical, market access, finance, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, advocates, and centers of excellence to promote therapy adoption and market growth.

• Represent the Americas RLM viewpoint in global ICT forums and integrate regional business requirements into portfolio strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience in business management, marketing, commercial strategy, or market development within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Over 5 years of leadership experience, either in people management or matrix leadership, in a complex, multi-country organization.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects that involve commercial, marketing, finance, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Background in strategic planning, forecasting, business performance management, and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish at an advanced level.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

• A valid VISA is necessary.
