• Address intricate business challenges by leveraging data from both internal and external resources.

• Deliver insights to support decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of relevant technical experience in data analysis, OR a Master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Extensive experience managing large and complex datasets in substantial organizations.

• Proven ability to analyze data to tackle diverse business challenges and create data visualizations that guide strategic decisions.

• Proficiency in interpreting healthcare-related data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with senior and executive leadership.

• Commitment to enhancing consumer experiences within the organization.

• Background in Product Management, ideally in a data engineering context.

• Expertise in Process Improvement.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• High-level proficiency in SQL, SAS, and other data management systems.

• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.

• Specialization in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling.

• Experience in developing analytical solutions for various healthcare sectors.

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for personal internet service.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
