Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting tools, and standardized analytical models for Supply Chain Consulting projects.

• Evaluate pharmacy, procurement, inventory, medication usage, distribution, labor, and financial data to uncover opportunities for operational and financial enhancements.

• Develop analytical methodologies, financial models, pro formas, scenario analyses, and ROI evaluations for client business cases and strategic suggestions.

• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations, executive-ready presentations, and measurable business results.

• Implement data validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

• Act as the analytics lead for client-facing consulting projects focusing on pharmacy operations, inventory optimization, procurement, and centralized distribution.

• Assist in customer discovery, data intake, analytical scoping, and the translation of client requirements into quantifiable analytical frameworks and business outcomes.

• Aid in customer business cases, value assessments, executive suggestions, and implementation strategies.

• Generate analytical outputs for client presentations, executive briefings, business cases, and implementation planning.

• Collaborate with consultants, pharmacy subject matter experts, finance, operations, sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders to define analytical needs and craft data-driven recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, healthcare administration, finance, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, consulting, healthcare analytics, supply chain analytics, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in developing dashboards, KPI reporting, analytical models, and executive-level summaries.

• Strong capability to merge data from various sources, validate findings, and translate business inquiries into repeatable analytical outputs.

• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to convey complex analytical ideas into straightforward business recommendations.

• Strong business insight with the capacity to link operational metrics to financial outcomes.

• Competence in managing multiple complex projects and collaborating across clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams.

• Preferred certifications in dashboard development, SQL, data modeling, analytics engineering, or data governance practices.

• Preferred certifications in cloud-based analytics solutions, reporting automation, or business intelligence architecture.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, health systems, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy supply chain, wholesale distribution, or consulting.

• Preferred experience with pharmaceutical product data, NDC-level analysis, drug expenditure, inventory management, or health-system pharmacy operations.

• Preferred experience in supporting consulting, customer-facing, or cross-functional project teams.

• Preferred experience with data automation, ETL tools, or cloud-based data platforms.
