Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, KYC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized end-to-end business intelligence support, visualization, presentation, and solutions for key businesses, functions, projects, and initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and enhance reporting and BI capabilities.

• Create tailored reporting packages, dashboards, and scorecards.

• Generate interactive visualizations and tools employing various methodologies.

• Lead projects that align with business and functional strategies.

• Conduct analyses to guide management and leadership teams.

• Develop comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards utilizing DataMarts, data infrastructure, and external data sources.

• Transform data into visual narratives using suitable systems.

• Identify and recommend data presentations to meet evolving business requirements.

• Design layouts and templates for internal stakeholders.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation processes.

• Create analytical commentary and insights for reporting packages.

• Collaborate with business partners to comprehend objectives and deliver value-added reporting and ad-hoc data extracts.

• Implement and refine report automation and visualization standards.

• Provide advisory or consultative services on multi-format data visualization methods.

• Adhere to enterprise frameworks, methodologies, risk controls, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct research and functional or enterprise-level analysis, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

• Monitor service levels, productivity, and efficiency while driving continuous improvements.

• Lead or facilitate remediation strategies for performance, risk, and governance challenges.

• Manage relationships across business lines, corporate functions, and control functions.

• Participate as a subject matter expert in cross-functional and enterprise initiatives.

• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques.

• Engage in performance management, development, and cross-training activities.

• Keep stakeholders informed regarding project progress and daily activities.

• Mentor team members and aid in team capability enhancement.

• Cultivate productive relationships with internal and external business partners.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for TD and the respective business area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred, such as in math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science.

• Graduate degree preferred, along with progressive project work experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience; advanced education and research tenure may be considered.

• Advanced proficiency in reporting and BI platforms, tools, and techniques.

• Expert-level knowledge of all primary data sources utilized within the business unit.

• Capacity to integrate data across the organization.

• Experience in delivering specialized data visualizations.

• Familiarity with broader enterprise reporting platforms and data sources.

• Proficient in presenting to senior management or executives.

• Competence in managing tasks from start to finish.

• Ability to conduct research, analysis, reporting, and data visualization.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal and external regulations.

• Capability to manage risk, governance, and remediation efforts.

• Skill in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor others and share expertise.

• Occasional domestic travel may be required.
