Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify information requirements

• Suggest effective methods for visualizing data

• Create insightful content that drives change through actionable insights

• Integrate data from data lakes, data warehouses, and external sources to establish data sources and data marts

• Design and develop highly interactive self-service data tools utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and similar BI applications

• Work alongside business units to propose solutions and streamline data delivery processes

• Advocate, document, and uphold enterprise Data Governance standards

• Oversee BI platform upgrades and updates while maintaining BI assets and data sources

• Create and sustain security access to BI assets in alignment with organizational and IT security policies

• Develop validation procedures between data sources and BI assets

• Assist the Data Warehouse team with ETL and validation tasks as necessary

• Mentor and train team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

• Major or specialization in Information Technology or Information Management

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Expertise with BI tools like Tableau

• Strong proficiency in SQL

• Familiarity with various database systems

• Experience with ETL tools

• Proficient in MS Office

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system

• Experience collaborating with clinicians, operations, and business leaders

• Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States
