This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +4 more countries.
• Oversee a portfolio of designated accounts categorized by their value and growth potential.
• Take ownership of total value locked (TVL) and gross profit for the designated book of business.
• Implement structured monthly interactions across accounts.
• Communicate product updates, new listings, research, essential statistics, and feature enhancements.
• Arrange calls and conduct thorough investigations into trading profiles, venues, volumes, needs, and challenges.
• Keep account information updated as a dynamic record in company systems.
• Determine requirements and develop customized commercial solutions.
• Design feasible structures and assess economics and risks.
• Internally escalate issues as necessary to address client requirements.
• Assist in structuring deals that may evolve into products for wider adoption.
• Collect and communicate product feedback, feature requests, and competitor insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Ensure that feedback is acted upon.
• Document every interaction, touchpoint, client requirement, and internal escalation in operational systems.
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client engagement, solutions sales, or sales engineering, preferably within an exchange, prime brokerage, trading infrastructure, fintech, or enterprise software setting.
• Capacity to articulate a self-developed playbook, pipeline management strategy, and pre-call preparation systems.
• Ability to quickly grasp intricate financial products, including derivatives mechanics such as perpetual swaps, funding, and fee structures.
• Previous experience with derivatives or crypto is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability to quickly master complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and create materials from internal wikis and data dashboards.
• Outstanding written communication skills.
