Senior Business Development Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Contribute to digital business development initiatives that align with strategic goals.

• Independently manage a variety of challenging projects.

• Take charge of content-related conceptualization, implement best-practice project management, and assist with operational execution.

• Develop solutions for intricate or innovative ideas.

• Provide thought leadership to support project teams.

• Act as the primary liaison among different stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams in both technical and functional areas.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Offer support to teams as necessary to achieve the desired project outcomes and impact.

• Conduct thorough analyses, market and competitive monitoring, and benchmarking to facilitate informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience at a leading management consultancy.

• Preferably, experience in e-commerce within either a corporate or startup setting.

• Extensive background in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

• Possess strategic thinking skills, an agile approach to work, and a practical mindset.

• Capability to quickly grasp new subjects and a willingness to familiarize oneself with new topics.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, paired with a proven track record of execution.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
