Senior Business Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for the designated area.

• Execute monthly closing procedures and ensure the accurate reporting of financial outcomes.

• Evaluate business performance against budget and prior year, pinpointing key drivers and variances.

• Develop clear and insightful financial reports to aid management in decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade teams to guarantee the consistency and accuracy of financial information.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.

• Report directly to the Finance Senior Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Controlling or comparable finance roles.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

• Must be available for frequent weekly travel throughout Italy.

• Fluent in English is essential.
