Senior Business Consultant – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of current business frameworks and devise strategies for optimization.

• Create innovative marketing and sales approaches tailored to client needs.

• Employ effective social selling techniques in collaboration with clients.

• Engage proactively with clients through 1:1 coaching, onboarding sessions, and live calls.

• Work alongside the team on client cases, identifying opportunities and tackling challenges.

• Establish and nurture long-term, fruitful relationships with C-level executives.

• Assume responsibility for internal processes, continuously enhancing them autonomously.

• Design sales frameworks for B2B entrepreneurs operating at the C-level.

• Provide guidance in areas including sales, marketing, CRM, HR, management, and business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy development, marketing, sales, and CRM systems.

• Preferably, a background as a self-employed consultant, agency professional, successful closer, or coach.

• Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational capabilities, and a quick ability to learn new concepts.

• Excellent communication skills paired with a structured work approach.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.

• A proactive attitude and a readiness to introduce innovative ideas.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability.

• Competence in adhering to established processes while contributing to their ongoing improvement.
