📋 Description

• Assist in the strategy, design, expansion, and enhancement of Commercial Value-based Care initiatives and alternative payment models across primary care, facilities, and specialty programs.

• Incorporate analytical insights, market trends, and business requirements to shape the strategy and design of Value-based Care programs.

• Aid in developing strategies, identifying opportunities, designing programs, creating contract templates and documentation, and executing complex initiatives.

• Coordinate efforts that influence various functional areas within the division.

• Effectively communicate and present recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Oversee strategic and analytical tasks, propelling recommendations forward.

• Assist in prioritizing divisional activities.

• Monitor progress towards established goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 3 years of experience OR 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant experience in the healthcare industry.

• Strong project management abilities, including excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; capable of accepting direction and feedback.

• Experience engaging with personnel across multiple departments and various organizational levels.

• Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies and industry trends.

• Proficient analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.

• Experience in interpreting business and financial data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational capabilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and priorities.

• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office products.

• Employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of drug screening as per applicable laws.

• Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree along with experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry.

• Preferred: Direct experience with Value-Based Care, managed care, or alternative payment model design.

• Preferred: Familiarity with provider network strategies, provider contracting/value-based contracting, contract development, provider performance, or Medicare Advantage Stars.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with analytical teams and translating analytical insights into strategic recommendations and program decisions.

• Preferred: Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution abilities; capacity to drive decisions, create options, and assess the impact of various choices.
