This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze both business and technical processes to design and develop systems for processing business information.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams effectively.
• Lead initiatives focused on continuous process enhancement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement.
• Identify and evaluate business needs, gather requirements, and outline scope and objectives.
• Detect redundancies and opportunities for outsourcing, streamlining, centralization, business enhancements, manufacturing improvements, and vendor selection.
• Conduct quantitative data analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and process measurement evaluations.
• Investigate industry trends and best practices for process improvement.
• Partner with business process owners and management on strategic projects.
• Engage with the software implementation lifecycle as a member of a SAFe scrum team.
• Address complex issues escalated by junior consultants.
• Formulate department policies and procedures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced professionals.
• Act as a team or task lead.
• Acquire knowledge of the UCM application and its functionalities to facilitate requirements analysis and provide precise estimates.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in reading or writing PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for data support.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Capability to analyze technical processes effectively.
• Skill in documenting complex data and/or reporting projects.
• Must be eligible to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Self-motivated and well-organized, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the past five years.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Availability during core hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
• Preferred: Experience with CMS or medical data systems/tools.
• Preferred: Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL involving large, complex data sources and data migration/maintenance.
• Preferred: Exposure to ETL, reporting, and/or APIs.
• Preferred: Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, or CSM.
