Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Convert stakeholder objectives and business needs into actionable requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations.

• Develop and sustain functional specifications, process flows, data flows, and user stories complete with acceptance criteria.

• Design lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate with UX designers, UI engineers, API specialists, and AWS architects.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the discovery and delivery phases.

• Assist in testing by validating test cases, engaging in UAT, and ensuring comprehensive requirements coverage.

• Aid in integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data transfers.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including the delivery of intricate technical solutions.

• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes.

• Familiarity with APIs and experience working with contemporary web and mobile UI concepts.

• Practical knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions.

• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• CBAP or other Business Analysis certification is preferred.

• Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is required along with significant relevant experience.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must be based in the U.S. due to state government regulations.
