This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing member experiences, optimizing operations, and boosting organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project managers.
• Convert business objectives into system specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business and system requirements.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with various stakeholder groups for discovery and validation.
• Create precise estimates and plans for requirement delivery.
• Continuously refine estimates and plans for accuracy.
• Lead efforts in prioritization.
• Implement agile methodologies to align business priorities with delivery schedules.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with an awareness of risk factors.
• Skilled in digital literacy, encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate digital solutions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Available certification options include: CBAP, CCBA, PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe Agilist.
