This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead the comprehensive launch of new products and significant innovation campaigns within the DEWALT Tools & Solutions portfolio across the EMEA and ANZ regions.
• Take ownership of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring timely, on-brand launches that meet high commercial standards.
• Craft insight-driven campaign strategies and creative platforms that enhance awareness, consideration, and conversion among professional end users.
• Supervise the creation, localization, and distribution of launch and campaign materials across all pertinent channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Digital, Shopper Marketing, Product Commercialization Management, and global brand teams to ensure seamless, integrated execution.
• Foster strong engagement with local and regional markets through consistent communication, launch toolkits, and activation support.
• Advocate for brand excellence by instilling best practices, developing brand tools and frameworks, and mentoring team capabilities throughout the organization.
• Extensive experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing, preferably within sectors such as tools, hardware, construction, automotive, professional trade, FMCG, consumer goods, or related fields.
• Proven history of formulating and executing brand strategies and campaigns that enhance brand equity, promote category growth, and generate commercial outcomes at scale.
• Proficient in brand positioning, developing value propositions, and crafting engaging brand narratives for diverse audiences, channels, and touchpoints.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex product launches, paid media campaigns, and multi-channel marketing activities in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Strong skills in collaboration and stakeholder management, with a background in working alongside cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, project management, and commercial insight, with the ability to utilize data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Ability to navigate multiple markets in a dynamic environment, with a readiness to travel throughout EMEA and ANZ; additional proficiency in European languages is considered a plus.
