Senior Brand Designer – Web & Design Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive web brand design projects from initial concept to final launch.

• Collaborate with developers to create responsive, accessible, and technically sound web experiences.

• Manage and enhance the web design system, incorporating scalable components, design tokens, variables, and reusable patterns.

• Maintain brand integrity while ensuring consistency across websites, landing pages, email templates, and digital campaigns.

• Create high-converting landing pages and marketing experiences that balance business objectives, user experience, and visual quality.

• Work in partnership with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams throughout the design process.

• Utilize AI-driven design tools and rapid prototyping to streamline ideation and enhance creative workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• Significant professional experience in designing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences.

• Demonstrated experience in leading web brand design projects from conception to launch.

• Experience in building, evolving, or maintaining web-centric Design Systems, including components, variables, design tokens, and scalable design patterns.

• Strong ability to collaborate with developers, with an understanding of responsive behavior, accessibility, and technical implementation constraints.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Libraries.

• A portfolio showcasing outstanding web brand design, scalable digital experiences, and conversion-oriented marketing work.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese, articulated in verbal and written forms.

• Availability for full-time work, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, until the contract concludes.

• Experience in SaaS, technology firms, startups, or digital agencies is a plus.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Frontify, or other marketing platforms is a bonus.

• Experience in designing modular email templates is advantageous.

• Knowledge in CRO, SEO, web performance, and marketing analytics is beneficial.

• Experience in integrating AI tools into design workflows is a plus.

• Contribution to brand strategy or broader business initiatives is a nice-to-have.
