Freelance Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop compelling visual identities for brands and products associated with the Tendem project.

• Design foundational brand elements, such as logos, complete visual identities, and detailed color palettes.

• Create, organize, and deliver variations of essential brand components.

• Ensure brand consistency across both internal and external materials, including pitch presentations and social media kits.

• Establish scalable and enduring visual systems that adhere to contemporary design standards.

• Assess design quality across both digital and print platforms.

• Utilize expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems to produce cohesive, modern, and impactful brand assets.

• Work autonomously while contributing to projects that align with your expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.

• A robust portfolio focused significantly on brand identity development, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• A profound understanding of how core branding is applied across digital and print mediums.

• Expertise in foundational brand assets, scalable logos, color schemes, and typography systems.

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identity across digital platforms, social media, corporate pitch decks, and print formats.

• Strong organizational skills for creating brand guidelines, style guides, and well-structured asset libraries.

• A strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• A strong commitment to visual consistency.

• A self-motivated work ethic with the capability to troubleshoot independently.

• A portfolio showcasing branding work must be included with the CV.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher (mandatory).
