Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create essential brand assets, such as logos, complete visual identities, and detailed color schemes.

• Organize, produce, and present variations of core brand components.

• Maintain brand consistency across both internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.

• Develop scalable visual systems that align with contemporary design standards.

• Assess design quality across multiple platforms, ensuring brand aesthetics are effectively represented in both digital and print media.

• Act as the architect and custodian of the brand identity for the Tendem project.

• Revitalize brand aesthetics while ensuring cohesive visual touchpoints across various mediums.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio centered on brand identity development, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• In-depth understanding of how to translate branding across both digital and print formats.

• Capability to work independently and create enduring visual systems.

• Proficiency in designing scalable logos, color palettes, and typography systems.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• High proficiency in Figma.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identity for social media kits, pitch decks, and printed materials.

• Strong organizational skills for developing brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset repositories.

• A strategic, detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to troubleshoot independently and produce high-quality assets.

• A portfolio showcasing branding work must be included in the CV.

• English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is required.
