Senior Brand Designer – Brand Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Take ownership of and enhance the core brand system, including brand guidelines, component libraries, templates, and asset libraries.

• Elevate brand quality across various teams by leading the way.

• Create and uphold visual identity standards.

• Define and document brand behaviors for emerging platforms.

• Collaborate to uncover and address systemic challenges.

• Convert complex ideas into straightforward, actionable brand guidance.

• Conduct design reviews, providing constructive feedback.

• Stay ahead of evolving design tools and influence necessary adaptations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a brand designer, whether in an agency, in-house, or a combination of both.

• Systems thinking should be your default approach.

• Strong background in motion design or experience collaborating with motion designers.

• Expertise in brand identity.

• Strategic mindset — comfortable working early in the execution process.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A portfolio showcasing not only craftsmanship but also sound judgment.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Genuine interest in crypto, technology, and financial ownership.
