This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the visual identity of Onebrief’s brand across various marketing and sales channels.
• Convert intricate operational and technical ideas into compelling, unified visual designs.
• Design materials for marketing initiatives, including both digital and print resources, social media content, email designs, and advertisements.
• Create materials for industry events and trade shows, encompassing booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional merchandise.
• Develop website graphics and visuals that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
• Construct sales tools such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies.
• Ensure all designs comply with established brand standards and uphold visual coherence.
• Oversee multiple design projects, manage timelines effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Provide consistent, high-quality assets across all marketing and sales platforms.
• Establish systems for managing and prioritizing design requests.
• Enhance the visual clarity and effectiveness of sales enablement materials.
• Transform complex ideas into user-friendly visual formats while working closely with marketing and product teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of design experience with B2B or technology-centric brands, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing marketing and sales materials.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and adapt brand guidelines across various projects while preserving strict visual consistency.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven history of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach to design and project management, ensuring polished, professional results and well-organized asset documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience designing for the defense technology, aerospace, or government sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with web design principles and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing for marketing campaigns or projects focused on lead generation is preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
