Brand Designer, Illustrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and refine Voucherify’s visual identity, encompassing guidelines, illustration style, iconography, and templates.

• Create advertising creatives and social media materials for LinkedIn, paid channels, and various campaigns.

• Revise visual assets based on performance metrics.

• Assist in web design utilizing Figma.

• Develop and maintain straightforward landing and campaign pages in Webflow.

• Create short social media clips, animated explainers, product teasers, and visuals for events.

• Generate reports, whitepapers, ebooks, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and email/CRM templates.

• Design merchandise, company swag, event booths, and printed materials.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams while establishing visual direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.

• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Practical experience with Webflow or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.

• Capable of designing for the web and independently implementing simple pages.

• Experience or comfort working across digital, print, video, and merchandise formats.

• Familiarity with lightweight animation or video editing tools.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Capable of articulating design choices and collaborating with non-design professionals.
