This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of brand design from inception to execution across various mediums including campaigns, web, social media, events, reports, and promotional materials.
• Implement and enhance TRM’s creative vision through thoughtful typography, layout, imagery, and color selection.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to investigate design directions, produce variations, expedite initial drafts, and aid in production.
• Convert intricate, data-rich topics into engaging infographics and data visualizations suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to TRM’s brand systems and create scalable AI-assisted workflows for brand assets.
• Disseminate insights from AI workflows to enhance team proficiency.
• Work collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, product marketing teams, and fellow designers during critique sessions.
• Provide art direction to external creatives, agencies, illustrators, and motion designers.
• Deliver brand elements from start to finish in alignment with TRM’s system and creative strategy.
• Guide a flagship campaign or report from conceptualization to completion.
• Establish a streamlined AI-assisted workflow for brand assets that accelerates production while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
• Over 6 years of experience in brand design, particularly in high-quality settings such as agencies, editorial, premium consumer brands, or design-centric tech environments.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing an exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition, along with a distinct aesthetic perspective.
• Practical experience in integrating generative AI into tangible creative projects.
• A comprehensive understanding of the strengths and limitations of AI, with a desire to continually develop those capabilities.
• Proficiency in brand systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization, infographics, and editorial design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print applications.
• Experience in utilizing component libraries and collaborating with external developers.
• Capability to independently assess project scope, pose pertinent questions early on, and produce finalized work with minimal supervision.
