Senior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of Boldin's visual identity and brand narrative across digital platforms, social media, products, and motion graphics.

• Collaborate with founders and leadership to define the future trajectory of the brand.

• Establish and uphold workflows, tools, and templates to ensure consistency in brand assets on a large scale.

• Work alongside the marketing team on creative direction, campaign strategies, deliverables, and optimization testing.

• Collaborate with the product team to deliver a unified brand experience throughout the platform.

• Co-develop and oversee brand and product design systems tailored for both human and AI-driven workflows.

• Leverage AI to enhance production and exploration while applying taste, judgment, and critical thinking.

• Understand customer needs and guarantee quality and consistency in every aspect of the brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in brand design, including significant in-house roles at product-focused companies (experience in fintech or similarly trust-sensitive sectors is advantageous).

• A portfolio that showcases outstanding craftsmanship in typography, layout, color, and motion, including brand systems that you have developed, scaled, or transformed.

• Proven experience in directing a brand's creative vision, including at least one instance of leading a rebranding or brand evolution from concept to implementation.

• Active engagement with AI in your creative process, from ideation through production, with a portfolio of completed work and a clear perspective on the integration of AI and human judgment.

• Results-oriented: comfortable linking creative projects to marketing tests and business outcomes, with the ability to adapt based on insights gained.

• Experience collaborating directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup setting.
