This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead the digital delivery for AECOM's hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Implement and uphold project-specific BIM standards, execution strategies, naming protocols, QA/QC checklists, and CDE workflows.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans along with related documentation.
• Manage project Common Data Environments, including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archiving, and integrations.
• Facilitate BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients.
• Supervise daily BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams.
• Track quality, scope, schedule, Level of Development/Information, and the status of deliverables.
• Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health assessments, and deliverable audits.
• Step in to produce, amend, or complete any overdue or inadequate model content.
• Engage in hands-on Revit modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections.
• Establish and manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee the integration of 3D/4D/5D model lifecycles and contractor/consultant model submissions.
• Report BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and the status of deliverables on a monthly basis.
• Develop and implement automation initiatives using Dynamo and Revit API scripts.
• Provide technical support for 3D/2D deliverables, smart objects, and templates.
• Deploy and support Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI.
• Assist with asset information management, digital handover, facilities management, and digital-twin environments.
• Contribute to BIM estimates and resource scheduling.
• Support training, certification, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and lessons-learned initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years, or High School Diploma with 10 years, or equivalent experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM efforts.
• Preferred 8+ years of experience in BIM environments.
• Experience in establishing and enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical experience.
• Experience in overseeing and conducting QA for offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams.
• Strong practical Revit skills across various disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools is desirable.
• Proven automation skills using Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting.
• Knowledge of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650.
• Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Interest or experience in integrating AI into BIM and digital delivery workflows.
