This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead digital delivery for AECOM's hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Establish and uphold project-specific BIM standards, execution strategies, and coordination processes.
• Customize and implement BIM Execution Plans, naming protocols, QA/QC checklists, and Common Data Environment (CDE) structures.
• Create and sustain project BEP and related documentation to align with industry benchmarks and client specifications.
• Manage project Common Data Environments, including directory structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival/retention, and integrations.
• Facilitate BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and information-delivery deadlines; identify digital-delivery risks.
• Supervise daily BIM production by U.S. BIM personnel and enterprise-capabilities teams.
• Monitor progress, pinpoint gaps, implement timely corrections, and maintain accountability records.
• Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health evaluations, and deliverable audits.
• Clarify modeling expectations and act as the primary daily coordination contact.
• Generate, amend, or finalize model content when deliverables are delayed, incomplete, or subpar.
• Engage in hands-on Revit modeling, sheet preparation, parameter population, and corrections across various disciplines.
• Address BIM design and modeling challenges throughout project phases.
• Develop smart-object content and templates.
• Set up and verify project models, shared coordinates, base points, survey points, and coordination standards.
• Establish and facilitate multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee the integration of 3D/4D/5D model lifecycles and contractor/consultant model submissions.
• Perform model reviews and compliance assessments across delivery sites.
• Provide monthly reports on BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and deliverable statuses; maintain dashboards.
• Develop and implement an automation strategy utilizing Dynamo and Revit API scripts.
• Offer technical production support for 3D/2D deliverables, smart objects, and templates.
• Deploy and assist with Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI.
• Aid in asset information management and digital handover for facilities management and digital-twin environments.
• Contribute to BIM estimation and resource scheduling; track utilization and recovery.
• Participate in training and certification initiatives, mentor coordinators and junior staff, document lessons learned, and share best practices.
• Report to and collaborate with the Senior BIM Manager Lead.
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience in BIM/digital delivery, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM efforts.
• Over 8 years of experience in BIM environments is preferred.
• Experience in establishing and enforcing standards while overseeing multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Background in coordinating, supervising, and performing QA on work produced by offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams is essential.
• Proficient hands-on Revit skills across multiple disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools is advantageous.
• Proven skills in Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with BEP authorship, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, communication, and training.
• Highly detail-oriented, thorough, and organized, with exceptional time management skills.
• Interest or experience in integrating AI into BIM and digital-delivery workflows is a plus.
