This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Frontend, and various engineering teams on system architecture and requirements.

• Enhance application performance, scalability, and security.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for best engineering practices.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.

• Continuously enhance system design, reliability, and development processes.

• Construct infrastructure that supports the platform at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development.

• Proficient and active use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to enhance coding practices, accelerate learning, and optimize workflows.

• Extensive experience in building scalable, production-ready systems.

• Expertise in Node.js.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security sectors.

• Bonus: Practical experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
