Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into precise system designs and functional software.

• Enhance and develop existing systems to ensure sustainable growth.

• Create secure systems that adhere to established standards, providing robust protection against common attack vectors.

• Design, develop, and document APIs for consumption by other teams and systems.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite development while thoroughly reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs.

• Ensure systems fulfill requirements through systematic testing, review, and validation procedures.

• Clearly communicate technical decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing web systems using PHP, Go, or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of web security standards, with practical strategies for preventing attacks.

• Proficient in various API styles, capable of consuming existing APIs and designing new ones.

• Practical experience using AI to aid in system development, with a disciplined approach to reviewing AI-generated work.

• Ability to examine and verify systems to ensure they meet specified requirements.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.

• Strong communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex topics for the team and stakeholders.

• A collaborative team player, receptive to ideas and feedback.

• Keen to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
