Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational methodologies.

• Design, construct, and refine the platform that integrates applications, data, and services.

• Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

• Manage the complete cycle of build, test, and deployment automation for products and essential applications.

• Develop standardized CI/CD pipeline setups using infrastructure-as-code and appropriate tools.

• Apply DevSecOps practices, including SAS/DAS scanning and security fortification.

• Enhance pipeline efficiency for speed, dependability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Design and manage Azure infrastructure, covering networking, RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring, and alerting.

• Implement and oversee Terraform and/or Bicep infrastructure-as-code.

• Administer Docker containers, Azure Container Registry, and Azure Kubernetes Service workloads.

• Architect and optimize Azure services for scalability, latency, security, and cost-effectiveness.

• Spearhead infrastructure modernization and establish cloud operations best practices.

• Manage build pipelines, GitHub workflows, and infrastructure for the Navigator AI-native service logistics solution.

• Oversee ETL containers and configurations for consistent, high-performance data pipeline operations.

• Supervise governance, configuration, and security of production AI workloads.

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and pipelines, consolidate CI/CD frameworks, develop internal tools, and optimize Azure expenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in production settings, with full ownership of this responsibility.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

• Extensive expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly with Terraform and/or Bicep.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), and Kubernetes operations.

• Strong knowledge of Azure identity, networking, Key Vault, monitoring, and RBAC.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently solve problems, including responding to production incidents.

• Experience with DevSecOps practices, including SAS/DAS scanning in pipelines.

• Background in complex, integration-heavy environments such as supply chain, warehouse networks, and ERP systems.

• Capacity to work autonomously with a sense of ownership and rapid iteration.

• Ability to convert vague operational challenges into scalable and reliable solutions.
