Senior Azure Data Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.

• Align business objectives with technical implementation.

• Design, construct, and sustain intricate real-time and batch data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Python/PySpark, and Databricks.

• Create and execute modern data warehouse solutions, data models, and data lakes to enhance performance and scalability.

• Acquire, clean, and convert data from various sources into suitable formats for analytical purposes.

• Integrate security measures such as role-based access control, data encryption, and governance via Azure Purview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with a solid hands-on expertise in Azure data environments.

• Proven experience in developing scalable data warehouses, lakehouses, and storage systems utilizing Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake.

• Skilled in creating batch and real-time data ingestion streams with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Event Hubs.

• Proficient in optimizing big data processing using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
