This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and execute intricate solution designs that utilize AWS-optimized architectures at an enterprise level.
• Collaborate with a Solution Architect to ensure the successful delivery of contact center solutions.
• Offer technical advisory support during business process evaluations, identifying customer needs and workflows.
• Provide technical specifications and solutions for functional User Stories.
• Configure solutions for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
• Develop hands-on solutions while adhering to best practices and programming principles.
• Lead a development team by assigning tasks and conducting code reviews.
• Deliver technical training and documentation for end-users.
• Utilize independent judgment to assume a leading technical role in enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in hands-on programming with languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience in creating integrations across various systems and REST APIs.
• Understanding of the JSON format and associated services.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Familiarity with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations.
• Logging experience with CloudWatch for effective troubleshooting.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Proven experience in architecting and building Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of AWS services frequently utilized in Connect solutions, such as DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, and S3, is preferred if Amazon Connect experience is lacking.
• Background in developing contact centers using alternative technologies is preferred if Amazon Connect experience is absent.
• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Familiarity with communication protocols and APIs, including WebRTC and SIP.
• Experience in implementing Contact Flows, integrating Lex, and managing contact center routing.
• Advanced understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio is advantageous.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, AWS Developer Associate or Professional Certification, AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
