This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Implement and execute intricate solution designs utilizing AWS-optimized architectures on an enterprise scale.
• Provide contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect.
• Collaborate closely with a Solution Architect to ensure the delivery of effective contact center solutions.
• Offer technical advisory support during business process assessments, identifying customer requirements and processes.
• Supply technical specifications and solutions for functional User Stories.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice along with Amazon Connect solutions.
• Create Solution Designs through hands-on application of best practices and programming principles.
• Lead a development team, assign tasks, and conduct code reviews.
• Provide technical training and documentation for end-users.
• Utilize independent judgment and take the lead in the technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience in building integrations across various systems and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON format and associated services.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations.
• Logging experience using CloudWatch for troubleshooting purposes.
• Background in implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in architecting and building Amazon Connect.
• In the absence of Amazon Connect experience, preferred familiarity with DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, or contact centers utilizing alternative technologies.
• Additional experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions is a plus.
• Nice to have experience with WebRTC and SIP.
• Nice to have experience in Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing.
• Nice to have advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Nice to have familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Nice to have knowledge of platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, or similar.
• Preferred certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate/Professional, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
