Senior Atlassian Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Administer and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Build and enhance workflows, forms, fields, permissions, and screens

• Lead workshops, design solutions, and provide consulting to clients

• Support during migrations

• Create automations that streamline customer processes

• Implement and manage integrations with other system landscapes

• Conduct system upgrades and migrations

• Ensure performance, security, and availability of the platform

• Troubleshoot and support users

• Be an active part of the implementation and further development of customer solutions

• Document configurations, solutions, and work methods

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Atlassian administration

• Deep knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

• Experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center

• Familiar with automations and workflow development

• Experience with REST APIs and integrations

• Experience in scripting, such as JSON and Groovy

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work

• Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating in a team

• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Atlassian certifications

• Experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo, or other DevOps tools

• Experience with CMDB and Asset Management

• Knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms
