📋 Description

• Oversees project timelines, financials, and resources to guarantee punctual and cost-efficient project delivery.

• Performs detailed risk evaluations and formulates actionable plans to mitigate potential project obstacles.

• Assesses progress towards program objectives by tracking project performance against targets and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful results.

• Generates detailed project reports and updates, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring project documentation remains current.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards by verifying that all project activities across various workstreams meet relevant legal requirements and organizational policies.

• Aligns project outputs with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring contributions to overall business success.

• Participates in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions with peers and engages in other agile ceremonies to evaluate plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk.

• Aids in the complete product development life cycle, from initial concept through to delivery, including Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Effectively collaborates and co-creates with product and business teams to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel, Tableau).

• Background in budgeting and financial planning/management.

• Experience in data analysis.

• Project Management Professional (PMI) or a comparable Project Management certification (e.g., Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association / Prince 2 / CSM - Certified Scrum Master / CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner).

• Must be eligible to work with American Express in the United States; the company will not seek visa sponsorship for these roles.
