Senior Associate, Payment Operations – Investigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Handle investigation query messages, which include the return of funds, inability to apply, amendments, BCNR, fund recalls, as well as OFAC and FATF cases.

• Execute both outward and inward payment processes.

• Address all inquiries in accordance with SLA requirements while prioritizing sensitive communications.

• Collaborate with other banks, operations teams, business lines, and customer service desks to ensure the effective resolution of cases.

• Evaluate recurring inquiries and partner with the Associate Manager to propose process enhancements that minimize repetitive queries.

• Oversee investigations based on established matrices with the business.

• Proficient understanding of payment processing for both outward and inward transactions.

• Capability to manage investigation query messages such as return of funds, inability to apply, amendments, BCNR, fund recalls, OFAC, and FATF.

• Competence in responding to all inquiries in line with SLA requirements.

• Skill in prioritizing sensitive messages effectively.

• Ability to work closely with other banks, operations teams, business lines, and customer service desks.

• Capacity to analyze recurring queries and recommend process improvements.

• Proficiency in managing investigations according to agreed matrices with the business.
