This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute payments and fund transfers in both USD and local currency in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies, SOPs, OPMs, ADMs, and relevant ICC guidelines.

• Manage all aspects of Trade Finance across various business segments.

• Process transactions in alignment with SOPs/OPMs and UCP/ISBP/URC standards.

• Recover charges as per the applicable guidelines.

• Manage incoming and outgoing MT103 and MT202 payment messages.

• Collaborate with CHIPS and FED payments and conduct SWIFT investigations.

• Authorize and enter transactions into the processing system.

• Prepare and approve necessary SWIFT messages.

• Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.

• Communicate errors and knowledge gaps with the line manager/team to resolve customer service concerns.

• Prevent any revenue leakage.

• Ensure that no outstanding reconciliation entries exist in Nostro or internal accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Relevant experience in Trade Operations.

• Proven experience in managing cross-border payments, including expert-level knowledge of the MT 100 series, MT 200 series, and MT 700 series is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of working under pressure, possessing excellent organizational skills, and being a good team player.
